4Ever Body - Melt by Megan Ahn


  • When you MELT correctly you will never feel pain. If you are in pain, causing more pain to your body will not help you.

  • Drinking 8 ounces of water before and after you MELT is highly recommended to improve the hydration effect.

  • MELT three 3 times a week for 10-15 minutes to notice immediate benefits.

  • You can MELT as often as every day. You decide what works best for you – always.

  • When performing any MELT compression techniques always ease into the compression. If you feel pain – that is your sign to ease up on the compression.

  • Remember to “Gently Rock” each time you lie the length of our spine along the roller for 1-2 minutes.

  • Remember - Only 10 minutes at a time lying the length of your spine along the roller or working on any one body part.

  • If you have pain and want to help your body heal; try MELT at the end of your day, 1-2 hours before bed and include the rebalance sequence to improve restorative sleep.

  • The Magic – Assessing and Re-Assessing is how you know MELT is working for you.

  • MELT Hand & Foot treatments are an easy way to learn the MELT techniques and can be done by anyone standing or sitting.

  • People who MELT regularly find that they want to exercise more often. It’s just more fun to move when your body feels good, has more energy, and is free of pain.

  • MELT doesn’t replace anything. However, if you MELT before your favorite activity you may notice you feel better, recover faster and have fewer injuries.
