All 4EverBody options offer a personalized introduction to the MELT Method® benefits through self-treatment. Each participant is guided through a MELT session learning how to identify and eliminate imbalances in their body that can lead to pain, stiffness and injury. Participants learn how new science has transformed self-care and how many times, in just one session immediate changes can be felt.
4EVERBODY INTRODUCTION TO MELT
A 90 Minute program that includes an introduction covering the science behind the MELT Method®, MELT Techniques and Tips followed by a 1 HR MELT Method® Class. If you operate a health club, yoga studio, tennis club, dance studio, senior center or any other type of business that’s geared toward keeping people active and pain-free this program will be a game changer for all participants. Each participant will learn how to identify and eliminate common imbalances that can cause pain and injury.
4EVERBODY private MELT lessons are for anyone who wants to jump start their self-treatment practice. A certified MELT Instructor works with you for (4) hours to develop a series of MELT Method® moves and sequences designed just for you. During each session you can ask questions about techniques and learn how to modify moves. Finally, you will learn how to choose which combination of moves are best suited to treat your body. By the end of the series you will have the foundation needed to carry out your own MELT self-treatment practice.
*Note: This series can be done in person or via Zoom Video or a combination of both. You can also request 4 (1) HR Sessions or a blend of 60 or 90 minute sessions.
LUNCH & LEARN / CORPORATE WELLNESS
LUNCH & LEARN: 4EVERBODY “MELT for the Office” event is designed for people who sit for extended hours each day and suffer from neck and low back pain. Participants are taught a MELT Treatment using the MELT Balls that can be done while sitting at a desk in 10 minutes to reduce neck and low back pain.
CORPORATE WELLNESS EVENT: 4EVERBODY will customize a session to fit your venue and audience size. This is a great way to introduce your employees to the benefits of self-care and allow them to experience how easy it is to reduce pain and stiffness in their body from sitting at a desk, commuting in a car or flying in a plane. It’s never been easier to help employees feel better, reduce sick days, and improve productivity.
